Regret

Things I should regret, but I don't....

#1 Staying home again today, eating British yummies, tea, and blogging. It's windy and freezing and when I woke up this morning there was frost that appeared to be snow on the lawn and roof. I have been outside twice and the weather does not scream....go to London. It screams stay home and keep warm and go Sunday and Monday.

#2 Leaving my family in sweaty hot smuldering Georgia for 4 weeks.  Look, I am an anglophile, still stuck in a midlife crisis and there is no way that I would have been able to see the museums at my pace . Sorry, anyone with children under the age of 13 would shoot themselves in the foot to take twins to any museum for more than 20 minutes.

Yes, it's a Loo, but truly the most fabulous Loo I have ever been in...

Yes, tartan wool carpet in the loo....LOVED IT !! 

I wanted this hat...it's like 70 pounds...a little to expensive for my budget....but it was a HAT and BOOK store....what more could I ask for ??? Hat and bookstore in the Cotswolds not far from Oxford AND far enough away from London. It would be a dream come true for me....yes, for me...not you. 

Is little church not the sweetest ? What was cool too was this is where the Mitford sisters are buried....and can not wait to read their wild and crazy stories !!
