Dear Kim,
Well I am hoping as well as the rest of the world that you are in a ladies prison. Have you ever watched " Orange is the New Black"? It's based darling on a true story of a lady who served time in prison. Except you ..you are in jail ? Well.lets just hope you are surrounded by hookers and meth users. You know, people that didn't listen to what the law told them to do. It's been said a thousand times, lady you have every right to have your own beliefs ( even if they are narrow minded and bigoted) However, you have a job to do and if you don't do it you should be fired for insubordination. I wonder if everyone that calls you a hero is as ugly as you are ? Ugly as in your outward appearance and your soul :) You know, you might try living in North Korea !

The Museum: Three times a year the docents get together and party. Well, its not really a party its a social gathering with some social aspects to it. We first had training on Still Life. I am sad to say that I have no interest in still life. The curator tried her best to sell the amazingness of pictures of fruits and vegetables, an arrangement of flowers, or a picture of glasses....I wasn't going for it. This saddens me because I struggle to embrace the Still Life of dead fish with a silver goblet and a knife on a bread board....really I try !

Please sell me on this one ...Okay, lets try and discuss it for 5 minutes..I found this piece on Google. I opened the link and there was no artist. So, I can't even tell you if Rembrandt painting this or Gauguin or Giovanni Fei. So, what are we looking at ? We are looking at fruit on a table. Its very perfect fruit with no dents or worm holes etc. So, its looking pretty good. The painting has a lot of color and shading. The detail of the cantaloupe seeds are very impressive. You very much want to take grape and taste how crunchy it is. The apples not so much and I am not fond of the black background. The light is coming in from the right and wouldn't it be nice if there happened to be a window ? Millions of dollars people...and I just can't appreciate it like I should.

What else ? Oh ! I have been watching " I Love Lucy". It's on Amazon Prime and I have been loving it. So, why the picture of Carmen Miranda ? I watching an episode of I Love Lucy and one of the main characters was played by Everett Edward Horton .

Does the name ring a bell ? No, but you heard his voice you might remember him from Mr. Peabody and Sherman. He was also in a lot of motion pictures including one I loved "The Gangs All Here" with a fabulous cast including Carmen Miranda.

The music was spectacular , the dancing and of course the brilliance of Carmen Miranda with her Tutti Frutti Hat.

The internet makes life interesting. Watching the amazing Lucille Ball, which leads me to some guy from a cartoon of my childhood to a movie I remember from years ago. It's so ADHD I love it....no, I won't be posting this on Facebook either...too lame...
