Kenneth: our bug man. He comes and sprays the house for bugs. Such a warm and friendly man from ...well we are not sure where he is from. He's either from Jamaica, Haiti, or somewhere in Africa. He comes to my messy house and reminds me all the time how much God has blessed me in my life.
 
Alikona: Is going to Thailand. I have always dreamed of going, and as much as I should be jealous I am very happy for her. She was selected at her work to go ...essentially for being an excellent employee she was chosen ! Very well deserved Alikona ! I can't wait for you to post pictures !!

Rah Rah : Doing very well in rowing. I am so proud of her accomplishments ! Rah Rah and I are so different and that reason alone I feel blessed !! 

What else:

Assembled Jars for Christmas gifts. I put cookie mix in them and then you add an egg, butter, whatever. It's the first time I have actually made decent xmas gifts.
 
My gym got a rowing machine.  I previously mentioned that I have horrid technique and now my back, neck and shoulders are KILLING ME. So, I am heading to the chiropractor. Just when I start to really work hard on my workouts BAM !
