Notes to the Gretchie Verse

Ed Hill (left) and Tommy Sapp move Paul Cezanne's oil on canvas Mont Sainte-Victoire to a table before it is hung in the High Museum of Art's new "Cezanne and the Modern: Masterpieces of European Art from the Pearlman Collection" exhibit on Tuesday, October 14, 2014.

Dearest Momma Mia: I really think you need to Face Time...I am sorry you don't want to see yourself on a camera. I love you and think you are beautiful ! I mean that !!! Anyway, your grand daughters want to see you too !  NEXT... About the guy I met at that lecture last Saturday. The art professor from Syracuse ? Here is a link that talks about the High Exhibition.

I have problems on my blog pasting links...so if you put your cursor next to the semi colons there will be a link there. I was talking to a fellow docent who told me today how respected he is. Such an honor meeting him today.

Dear Dad:  So, your dead, and probably not reading this. It's cool though because when you blog.... you can write to dead people. Okay it's Veterans Day today or Remembrance Day today. I wore a poppy to work. I thought about you. Proud that you served in the Navy and the Army. I wish I knew exactly what you did in the Navy. It's cool though, it is what it is. I have hopes of something awesome...like sitting in a room full of men looking at sonar screens, but you very could have been working in a mess hall. It doesn't matter it is still service at any level !

Yeah, that would pretty much consist of my blog today. I just got home from the gym. I need to go the gym twice tomorrow and not happy about it. Its obviously not going to kill me, but I am exhausted.  I need to study a new tour I am giving on Friday to High School Students called I See History. It's two of my favorite things, but I have never shadowed anyone on this tour...hopefully I will not damage these kids for life . Nighty Nite ...
