It's Freezing...where's the penguins ?

See it...before it all melts away !

So, okay compared to other parts of our great nation or the world....its not THAT cold. Today, however I am cold. Possibly because I am drinking a really really nasty protein shake ?  Yeah, that could be it. Okay stuff...
 

Head of the Hootch : The first day was cancelled because of cold temps, high winds, and the currents in the river were really strong. So, Day 1 no rowing. Day 2 was slightly warmer. Rah Rah will now bring a sleeping bag , coat, mittens, hats etc to the winter regattas. She did EXCELLENT ! Okay, no it wasn't 1st place but 11th out of 30 isn't too shabby. They picked the top 4 novice girls and boys to be in the boat and she was one of them ! I am very very proud of her ! I just hope they don't have a lot of running and ergging today !

Jack the Mini Cooper: Yes, we got a Mini Cooper Countryman. I named him Jack after of course The Union Jack. Today I was blasting "She Sells Sanctuary" by The Cult with the sunroof open. I was feeling like a million bucks on the inside. The outside, I am committed to the gym until our Fall Back to Fitness Challenge is over. Since I was busy Saturday buying a car, I am now going twice today. Momma ain't happy about that.

I think that is a lot of excitement for one week right ? Yeah, I hoping for a dead as a doornail week this week. Totally uneventful...no friends getting divorced, no bucks running into cars, no fanatical Islamic groups being fanatical, nobody else getting Ebola, no dictators missing due to foot gout, no rumors of Putin having cancer and getting all pissy at everyone, and not having to explain to another living being that being an anglophile means:
