Notes to the Gretchie Verse....oh its a doozy

To the people or person who drives by my house at midnight and honks: Um okay, its been about a week of honking. It makes me angry you are doing this. So, of course I am thinking of a million ways to have you stop honking. This may or may not include the use of tacks, air horns, spotlights, and hand grenades. I am debating which is better ....hearing my former neighbors having sex on Tuesday nights at 11 (might I add she was TOTALLY faking it) or the car honking.

You know, you could at least change your horn to something fun..like the trucks in India.

Dear Alikona: You missed national siblings day on Facebook. Well...so did I. Why am I always a day late and a dollar short when it comes to TBT and Siblings day and....flashback Fridays. Hmmm...maybe in my subconscious mind...I really don't care ?

Dear Maryland : I don't think that I have ever included you in my Notes to the GretchieVerse. However, I am just shocked and disappointed . I am taking my girls this summer to Philadelphia and Washington D.C. They are obsessed with Benjamin Franklin. So, I am looking for a place to stay in Maryland area ...and its not safe. It just totally kills my visions of romantic Maryland. I thought it was ...you know boats, preppy wealthy people, the naval academy, etc.

 No, instead it's something out of some ghetto/meth/cocaine based movie. Maybe I should have taken them to Boston ? Maybe when I was growing up I wanted Maryland to be this fabulous pretty snobby state when all along it was Boston ? Perhaps I am being harsh ? Should I just say well educated conservative people ? You know, the person I always wanted to be, but felt I was wasn't good enough ? Oh slamming myself huh ?

Dear Brian Williams: I just want to tell you how your are on a daily basis driving me to home school my kids. Does this mean my kids are all going to have TSA at their schools ? Should states build more schools so there is less kids in classes and people can concentrate on the ones who are having a bad day and bringing knives and guns to school ? Should I just be grateful that I am not raising my kids in Maryland ? Instead, a safe place like Georgia ? Brian you talk about all the problems, but you never have the solutions. Perhaps, you should have a TV show called SOLUTIONS and talk about the SOLUTIONS to these problems. So, my kids can be safe playing outside and not having worry about them being abducted everytime they step out on the front lawn because nobody is safe...anywhere...
