Up at 5:20 in the AM in on this cold and very foggy morning. I have been reading "The Bolter" by Frances Osborne. I just can't put it down ! I bought it for my iPad and I have to say that it is so much easier to read it electronically. So I failed to prepare today. I lost my shoes, my clothes, and to top it off since I was in such a frantic I was pulled over by the nice police officer of the San Ramon Police Department. He gave me a warning. Which I truly deserved. I was playing music ( Gold by Spandau Ballet) thinking how late I was to boot camp. I was in so much pain today. We did the dirty thirty. I am assuming tomorrow will be the filthy fifty. I hope I never take 2 months off of exercise ever again !! The pain is not worth it.
