I am sad to say that this was probably the most nonspiritual Christmas ever. It was not about giving, but receiving. It was all about video games and not volunteering or visiting friends or anything of that nature. My kids might have spent the entire vacation eating chocolate and playing Wii U with the occasional flying remote helicopters in the house. There was also some Barbie action as well. Twin B had asked for a bucket of plastic animals and my heart melted.

Unfortunately, while hearing them play, I realized that in fact they were playing Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom and Twin A was Marlin Perkins. Discussing how they should eat the giraffe sooner because it would rot easier. Here I thought it was going to be a sweet play with animals.
