Does anyone not realize how much a dislike Paris ? |
Kinda creepy. I check everyone once in a while to see who reads my blog. Not exactly who, but what country they're from . I used to have more details, but I don't think that is really necessary. Anyway, looked at the statistics France: 192, Turkey 61, Romania 18 and Ukraine 6. This is all for one week. Should I be concerned ? What I am hoping is that its just some machine that is doing it. Not some creepy person just reading page after page of my blog. My blog is NOT THAT EXCITING !!! It even bores me sometimes !!! It has to be a machine.
I might have gotten a new job. I hope it works out because I really like this family. My friends parents live in the city next to mine. The wife needs some extra help with her husband. He is 92 years old and in poor health. So, today I went over to meet them and helped her out by hanging out with him while she had her hair done. What an amazing man. He sat there and rested and I read his autobiography. He was born in 1922 and my father was born in 1925. So, it is interesting to read what life was like for him. Growing up in a small home with 13 kids and having no running water, electricity, toilets, etc. I should have lived in that era. I would definitely not be fat. He talked about the depression and what he did to make money. He served in WWII in the Marines. So, next time I come over I can read about that. This man has traveled all over the world . Truly an incredible man. Very sweet couple.

reminds me of the coffee plantation |
I also was at the high school last week. I met up with a rep from one of the colleges in Georgia. I checked students in and listened to her spiel on admissions. I have no idea how I am going to get my girls through college at 30,000 a pop. So, one year we have to pay 60,000. Um...so I wonder if they have a two for one deal ? Anyhoo, met this very cool lady from India. We were talking and she was from Bangalore. What is even more crazy is that she grew up in the same village that I went to a wedding at two years ago. Really, the Gretchie Verse is very small. Seriously, meeting someone over here who is from Sakleshpur THAT is incredible and amazing.
Well, its late and I have to get to bed and try and sleep. Which is my biggest challenge at the moment....trying to sleep.
France and Turkey...you are creeping me out....nothing to see here....
