Yo ! Even more highlights of the week !
Thursday: Went to the gym and GUESS who was my trainer ? Landon ! It was fun, there was dancing, some yelling, and I demonstrated some man makers. I again had the kettle bell returned to me and side planks ! It had been so long ! I know that I will be in great shape when I can do a side blank for one minute each side...no knees ! It's a fun goal to achieve !
As I working I was inspired to do a self groupie...which I have titled Gretchwich. Its like a Manwich ...A sandwich is a sandwich but a Gretchwich is a meal !
This is my proclamation to Landon. Yeah, you can't see it...but its the GIGANTIC heart with the arrow through it. Are you feeling the love Landon ? Are you buying me a Starbucks mug in Copenhagen ?
Okay, am I posting this picture because I think I am "attractive" ? No, it's because of a new app my friend told me about INSTABEAUTY....so if you are as old as I am...use Instabeauty and you won't look old....you look dreamy. So, Fridays I am making Instabeauty Fridays.
Thursday 1 hour later : Went to Neurofeedback and it went really well. The results were really good. My trainer said that I might not notice the differences, but that other people would. She said I might even sleep better too. I can feel the difference..big time. I am not walking around Georgia as happy as can be, but things just are not bothering me as much as it used to. I know that sounds a little ruthless since I consider myself to be an extremely caring person, but I just don't care about stuff like I used to. It's also interesting when you stop caring about something or someone how people in my life are organized into a new role of importance. I think it's good. Why didn't I know about this 20 years ago !! Well, I just need to be grateful it's happening now.
Thank God It's Friday :
1) G got a new place to live !
2) After spending $60 dollars at Petco after the Barney Carney....twin A wins an aquarium ! Anyone interested in Goldfish bowls ?
3) Special stuff happening to me on Sunday, but um...can't really talk about it right now.
4) Getting an ERG for Mothers Day !! Woot Woot !!!
