Yeah, that was until Carrie said she wanted to hear more about Neurofeedback .

 So, I thought I would blog about my day today !

Started it at the gym with my trainer Anthony "The Tank" Wilkins. NPF has given back the kettle bell !!! The pic is post workout..and no I am not bald !
Later, went to Neurofeedback.

I was in a really really good mood today and my results since I had worked out were excellent ! The neurofeedback technician was really impressed .

I went home shampooed showered and shined and went to Travis's house for some coffee and vanilla ice cream with strawberries ( because I had to kill what I just worked off ) and then came home late to find my kids playing at a neighbors house. On the way down there were four cop cars down the street arresting some lady. Oh goody ! I can't wait til everyone has guns in Georgia ! Bringing mine to church and the DMV ! (SERIOUS SARCASM !!!!)

We heard from Flat Stanley ! He had been staying with Uncle Eric in Manhattan. Looks like he had a great time. He almost got a pic with Seth Meyer and Katie Couric, but she wasn't grocery shopping this week.  Thank you Uncle Eric ! You are the bomb !!!!
