Yesterday took the girls to a birthday party at a bowling ally. In my mind, my impression of a bowling alley was a bunch of ladies with long red fingernail polish, tight t-shirts, with a cigarette. When it's their time to bowl, they put their cigarette out with a 4 inch long butt and play. Bowling was for people in their late 40's early 50's who smoked, swore and drank beer....okay did I mention really I thought bowling was for white trash ? Could my impressions possibly been wrong ?
Then of course there was the show "
Bowling for Dollars". So, bowling alleys have changed. There is no more smoking old ladies,etc. It was actually quite pleasant ! I even was tempted to play...the girls certainly enjoyed !
