What Up Gretchie Love?

just glad that I wasn't doing story today !!

I dread Mondays. I think everyone dreads Mondays unless you have Monday off. Today I woke up with my toe hurting and rather congested. T is sick with the cold. E & A have runny noses and S is not sick, but that girls has the worst mouth ! So, I drove T to work and  then took the twins to preschool. It was actually nice because all the kids that drive me crazy were not there .

Open house was not successful. Only  6 people checked our place out. Tomorrow another realtor is coming by to see the place. I think that this is something I need to seriously pray for. Well I have a lot of things to ask from God....but you know..after ending world hunger, establishing world peace, and a cure for cancer. I think asking for my home to sell is being quite reasonable.

I have made a new friend online. He comes from Jordan, but is currently living in Saudi Arabia. He is a young married with child 30 year old. I accidentally  added him as a friend on Facebook confusing him with someone else with the same name. I had no idea that most everyone in Jordan as the same name. I specifically wanted to get to know him because he comes from the Middle East. I have a very little understanding of the Middle East. It's people and it's beliefs. So, I thought that getting to know him as a strictly platonic friend would be okay. It has been okay. I have an open invitiation to visit Bahrain whenever I want. Although, if Embassy Officials are warning the general public not to travel there...well it is best I wait until it's safe...very safe. Also, I would bring my family as well. I am so  not going on a Eat, Pray, Love adventure to the Middle East alone ! Oh heck no !

I received a letter from the Carter Center in Atlanta. Unfortunately, they have no volunteer positions available. Which is quite disappointing for me since I really wanted to dive into volunteering there when I am established in the area. So, I am going to pick out some other places to try out. I just know when I get there I will be depressed and will need to make new friends quick. I am a very social person and I need that in order to survive. My friend said if I was dropped in the middle of a jungle, I would not stay and enjoy the peace but get out there asap to find people !

Not much else to blog about today. Hoping tomorrow will bring on fun and exciting news ! Gretchie Love needs some good feeling experiences tomorrow :)
