Greetings from Ripon, CA

Since apparently Alice the puppy barks too loud when we are away....when she is placed in her crate in the backyard..I have to send her away. So, Jules has taken on the task of caring for her. She is so delighted to be here. I can tell...she isn't driving me totally insane. Except, I don't want to stay here forever. I need to run errands when I get back to town. So far I have done almost nothing since I have been here.  I have done her laundry, but she has a fabulous laundry room, so actually it's a pleasure. I did her dishes and fed her children.

 I have read two articles from the Fletcher Magazine. I was surprised that it was more difficult to read than the economist. I am still waiting for someone to explain to me what transpired at the Lisbon Treaty ? Shouldn't I be organizing something or doing something for PTA ? International Politics is far more interesting !

I have chatted on FB and Text Now with everyone. I also watched some Netflix movies.

One of them was Italian and had Tilda Swinton in it. She speaks beautiful Italian. The story was rather depressing, but the Italian countryside was beautiful. I have so many places I want to visit in this lifetime. I don't think I will ever be able to reach them all. Gee...if I could only get a job in Europe....Universe are you hearing me ?

The second movie was so so...French...about two pubescent teenagers discovering their sexuality. I am still trying to figure out why I just did not turn it off. I suppose I was waiting for something good to happen....unfortunately it never did.

I did take these kids out to breakfast at Denny's. There I was with 4 girls and a boy ...wondering if anyone thought that those were my kids.  I think I would lose it with 5 kids. I wonder what mental institution my husband and family would check me into ?
