I am starving...I had a shake for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and for dinner...not sure. I didn't weigh myself today, because I slept in and had to hurry to get S in Ripon. So, I am sure that the more I stop eating the better it will get. Starvation is not the answer, but eating less and exercising more it. Cousin Mike and family came over to visit. I think we are about the most boring people in the bubble....
In other news... Okay, LOVE LOVE LOVE the latest double issue of The Economist. Such great stories ! Mexicans crossing over to California, a long forgotten King , and life in a village in India. Oh and apparently people start feeling happy at age 46...I had no idea !!
